In a few months, Hydraulic fracturing will commence across the road from the Rockburn Pub. Neighbours and pub patrons may experience severe earth tremors, and unusual colour and smells coming from the water, including emanations coming from René Angélil, (husband of Céline Dion)
The Angélils are thinking of starting "fracking" in various parts of the Chataeauguay valley, and have viewed the location of the Rockburn Pub as a potential home for their fracking business.
It will re-open as a branch of the famous "Schwartz's" delicatessen in Montreal.
The Rockburn Pub itself would re-open as a restaurant exclusively for the Chinese and Korean fracking engineers.
But so far, this is only a rumour! Please stay tuned.
